For the past decade, Chicago has been enduring an epidemic of violence, with a death toll in the thousands and casualties mirroring the losses experienced by the US army in Iraq war over the same period. The majority of the violence occurs in the south and westside of the city where the term ‘CHIRAQ’ has been adopted by many.
This set of images show the people who live in a city thats murder rate is on par with modern day war zones. The 200 edition publication by Will Robson Scott is 40 pages with a foiled front cover and accompanys the film ‘CHI RAQ’. We have a few signed copies of Chiraq in the store at the moment, come by and check them out.
